Marc was great , very informative, he took the time with people who needed a wee bit more explanation of things
The course was indeed really good and described perfectly by the instructor, but the parking at the venue was night-mare. If you could send parking instruction in the confirmation email, it would be great for future participants
Mick was an engaging and thorough trainer - his manner of delivery put me at ease and he managed to ensure clear understanding of first aid principles and practice. 5 stars

Alec was a brilliant trainer! It's the best course I've ever been on. I learned so much over the 3 days, Alec was brilliant at explaining everything and took the time to answer ALL our questions. I didn't want the training to end! The one negative thing about the course for me was the questions at the end of each day, some of the questions were worded in a way that might cause you to answer incorrectly even though you knew the correct answer. Apart from that the course was excellent!
The trainer Alex was first class. This was my 1st first Aid course and he made me feel really relaxed. And went through things you weren't to sure about. Really enjoyed it
