The training, the trainer as well as the materials utilised were brilliant

The trainer was fantastic .She made the training look simple and easy to grasp She made the participants look like a family. I received a word document certitifcate stuff already but its not much use to print off or use , I can alter the details on it , what use is that , I thought I woudl receive a proper certificate and details to use not just add to my linked in account , not any use to me whatsoever Im afraid , can you not send a proper certificate for retention ? I would appreciate a reply please ! Thank you
