I thought the hybrid online training for the refresher is an excellent idea and it saves a lot of unproductive time as we would normally in class for this so this way allows minimum downtime from the workplace

Our instructor Kevin was so helpful and patient, he really took the time to make sure we were all 100% understanding each part before he moved on and would give us a pop quiz making it fun and interactive.
