Very informative and professional trainer
Ross Abbott and Simon Nichols were brilliant trainers. Very down to earth and made you feel very welcome and at ease. They made it a safe space and never insisted on participation if you didn't feel comfortable. They continually ensured that everyone was OK and checked in. Can't rate them highly enough.
Very good refresher course, David an excellent trainer. An eye opener into how dangerous fire is and how critical the fire warden role is.
Great refresher course, which also brought in a couple of news ideas and some different approaches to existing practice to consider.
First time doing this course. It was positive that delivery was at a good quick pace and the course itself is 3 hours long. Any longer it would be too much. Expected the course to be more detailed and provide more information, it almost seemed like a fire awareness course and not a fire marshal one. The trainer was good, however I expected the content to be more informative. 90% of the course information I had been taught through my other competencies CSCS, SMSTS, Fire awareness course etc. However, I am glad that the course was quick and the test just right for the course's content.
Very interesting course, with great instructors! They created a safe and accepting environment to share thoughts and personal experiences. Would thoroughly recommend!
I completed the MH awareness course several months ago and it made me want to learn more to help with job supporting families, my role as a line manager and also on a personal level. I found both the course and the trainers very helpful, informative and there was lots of opportunities to ask questions and clarify information.
