Not a fan of e-learning TBH. Kept dropping out of internet...not your fault I expect

Ross was really personable and instantly made me feel at ease. Excellent content and delivered very well. Slides were excellent, as were the emailed resources. SHOUT in particular is one that I was not aware of and could be really useful for the children/young people in our care. Extra points for the lovely ginger cat making a welcome appearance on the Zoom call. Thanks Ross. (Clair Aitchison Common Thread)
