Thorough information, went over topics a few times to ensure we have understood.

A little noisy given we were in the closed cafe with colleagues and customers making noise.

Engaging course, kept me engaged and inspired through out. Went though each thing at great page and engaged the whole group despite us being a quiet bunch!

This training was great and also the trainer Neil was fab. Great pace / great content and very knowledgeable. This survey is poor search engine needed. QR code needed.

Very informative and professional trainer

Ross Abbott and Simon Nichols were brilliant trainers. Very down to earth and made you feel very welcome and at ease. They made it a safe space and never insisted on participation if you didn't feel comfortable. They continually ensured that everyone was OK and checked in. Can't rate them highly enough.
