there was no training on how to use a fire extinguisher and this course needs to be class room led not on a computer

It was ok, but could have been more engaging. there wasn't really a practical as such and felt the session could be more site specific

Would like a more condensed course for refresher training

The course did not have any course notes, and as such there was no chance to review the content flow. Each subject matter was therefore a surprise when it was introduced. Critically the exam disagreed with the instructed course in one area and ment that it was impossible to revere a 100% score
