The trainer took her time to answer all question we had The online signed on was not great as the trainer could not fine most of the student names on her list, she had other names that was not attending the course on the day so that was not great. but overall she had sorted it and was very patient with the hold situation.

It was indepth whilst being easy enought to follow, the Instructor Lynn was quite good with everyone, gave us all time to speak and ask questions. Felt quick comfortable. Did take a few minutes to get into the meeting as i didn't have zoom installed, which was the only problem for the course. we had a week to do the report afterwards which was enough time.

This was a well run and enjoyable course. Reuben is very knowledgeable and professional and interacted well with the whole class.
