Very good course and informative, trainer was very good and engaging
Trainer kept it interesting and informative all day long
The way the questions are asked in the book is confusing and made a lot of us get things wrong. Its very miss leading in some of the questions , Which made some people start questioning and doubt what they were putting. Over all it was a good three days. Tony the trainer was fantastic very Informative and what a lovely man. I have done first aid for over 10 years in this store and I have to say this was the best course for first aid I have been on.
The experience the trainer had really enhanced my learning over the two days. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject matter made it more engaging.
Trainer and course content were excellent. Registration and getting the test questions on our mobiles did not work well and could be improved.
Our trainer Leila was excellent. She has a wealth of knowledge and made the training exciting and fun. The training was over 3 days and each day was as interesting as the rest. Leila is a good teacher and manged to keep my attention for the entire 3 days.
Good course, good information given & good content. The Trainer was great, she explained everything in each section clearly- before moving on to the next section. Regards.
