excellent course , well presented with the right amount of video and audio involved , Neil ( our trainer ) was energetic and enthusiastic and encouraged us to ask questions if there was something we were unsure of or about different scenarios . Certainly made us feel like we had achieved something with us passing the course , would highly recommend .

The trainer Mick was absolutely excellent. Usually all day courses canbe boring, but he made it fun and interesting.

I have completed several first aid courses in the past and this one was by far the best. I really enjoyed the course and learnt new skills. Was very well presented.

Very good trainer, engaging and fun. Would have been nice for school specific things like allergies /epipens to be included in the course.
