Excellent three days, the trainer made us feel at ease, the interaction made the learning better

excellent training and well delivered.

Anita is a fabulous trainer, very experienced and super helpful. She also brings humour to the training which is needed at times but doesn't jest aboput the seriousness of what we are trying to achieve.

Julie was fantastic. Julie took her time to explain each step of procedure and clarified and explained again if anyone was unsure. Julie delivered the course in a way that it was kept interesting and you didn't lose focus after a short time. Overall Julie done a great job at delivering the course and I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 days learning

It was an extremely well presented course, Andy made sure we understood what he was saying by asking us questions if we didn't he would explain in a different way, a very enjoyable first aid course.

Mick delivered the course excellently. He was professional, very knowledgable and made the learning fun! I really enjoyed the course and feel more confident in First Aid.

I wasn't really looking forward to doing this course but this was fast paced and informative. The trainer was very good and a good teacher, very engaging. The day went really quickly and I feel I learnt a lot. Definitely recommend.
