David was excellent , he explained everything really well and encouraged us to ask any questions . I would highly recommend him to other childminding colleges and will rebook when my certificate is up .

Very helpful to demonstrate practical cpr and recovery positions. Clear information on slide show of different incidents and injuries that could occur. Videos were a very helpful visual.
Training was good and very informative feel confident about using first aid if it was needed.
