Debbie made the sessions really easy to follow and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Many of us have never had any training but, with Debbie’s help, many of us will have the confidence to provide First Aid in any situation. Lovely lady and was really interesting to hear about her own experiences as a first aider.

No booklet. Would have liked to have seen and used the type of defibrillator our company use
