Previously I had completed this course online during lockdown and this was my first time attending a face to face training. Frans made it easy to retain all the information he was giving, his lesson was interactive and interesting and he was personable and happy to answer questions. I feel satisfied that I've come away with a real depth of knowledge that will be usable should I ever find myself in an emergency situation with children.

Enjoyed the course great banter with colleagues and trainer also trainer andy Carter knew what he was talking about very confident and made us feel very relaxed went away full of confidence than the last course

Our trainer was fab, he answered any questions we had and kept us involved practically as well as giving real life examples that we could discuss.
