Frans was great and explained everything better than any other course I’ve done. The only complaint I have is the room it was done in. It had no windows or ventilation and it was really stuffy and uncomfortable especially towards the end of the day.

France delivery was excellent. He was entertaining and informative and kept what could be a dry subject enjoyable and interesting.

Very well constructed and conducted training. Great skills of the trainer.
