Course was ran really well, very informative, trainer gave everyone the chance to contribute and good level of detail
Course content good but no materials were provided to take away for future reference. I would like a link to the PowerPoint and/or a link to other electronic reference materials.

Very happy with course overall. David was a great trainer who really knows his subject matter.
Covered more aspects of First Aid than I expected, and overall gave a good insight into what we may encounter in our daily work place. Lisa was genuinely keen to understand any aspect we may not fully comprehend and was happy to go over items again
The trainer wasn't very engaging. He came across conceited. First practical task we had to do I missed a step, I was then accosted for "not paying attention". This was humilating and he kept going on with himself. Personally I thought he must have been having a bad day but why being it to work. What became more apparent was when other course members made mistakes, they didn't get the luxury of experiencing Jack exposing the best parts of his personality..patronising & cantankerous. The trainer also struggled with basic technology. He struggled to grasp the concept of screen sharing with his laptop. This slowed the tempo of the course down and another colleague on the course had to show him what button to press. Oops. The trainer is undoubtedly a Jack off all trades and a master of none.
Generally good. Interesting illustrations given to support learning.
Great course but I would have liked first aid for children to be included
Good trainer, plenty of real-world anecdotes that went well with the by-the-book training, corrected gaps in knowledge of participants well and had good banter and interaction with the other attendees.
Easy to follow instructions clear and the instructor was excellent she made the whole day enjoyable
