Could be a bit shorter and have more notice , but trainer was great!

Frans was very thorough with his delivery of the course, would have been good some more practical elements in the course such as dressing practice etc.
Jimmy was a fantastic tutor for the course . Very informative and professional, was able to answer any questions and very knowledgeable .
The trainer was very nice and very well informed but he was very, very monotonous. I found it hard to stay awake at times during the course. Some feedback would be to insert a bit more humour and to be a little more assertive when delivering a session. We were advised at the end of the session that we would receive our certificates via email within 24 hours. However, to date I still have not received mine. Please can you tell me when this will arrive? Thanks,
Very well organised and easy to understand course
John was a good presenter - as I said in my feedback at the time the only real grumble that I had was about the sound levels on the video clip of Fawlty Towers - sound dipped in and out so couldn't hear everything that was being said (or the alarm bells). I also asked if the slides were available ?
