very good course with a good trainer who engaged with all participants and put accross the training with enthusiasm and occasional light hearted banter, keeping all the students listening and taking part eagerly.

The course was superb, excellent trainer with very relevant real life examples and he was extremely engaging. Content was interesting and pace of the course was perfect.

Shaun was a fantastic tutor, he was very informative about the different aspects of first aid, even giving his own account of case studies he's experienced in his field. He was very easy to get along with & chat to, and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Tommo was a really excellent trainer, he made the course content come alive with a mix of interesting relevant anecdotes, and real life experience and know-how and a friendly jokey presentation which also got serious at the right times. It's the first time I feel like I have really learnt useful practical skills on a first aid course and gained confidence instead of feeling less confident by the end of the day.
