The course was very interactive, and Carol made us all feel comfortable from the first moment she introduced herself to the candidates. Carol was happy to answer our questions during the 3 days and would discuss topics at break times as well. The course overall was well worth attending and I would recommend it to others. Really enjoyed the course. The trainers were excellent

The Trainer was very knowledgeable in theory practice and in the practical exercise. Also the Trainer was very Professional as the class was a mix of different people skills, and he remained calm at all times and with a good sense of humour, and also helped with some IT issues! Anita was very knowledgeable and informative about everything First Aid. She helped me greatly in understanding everything I wanted to get out of the course, especially having a young baby at home. I would recommend the course to anyone who wants to learn and help others
