Kev was amazing ! He delivered this course, with enthusiasm, knowledge and joy. He was very keen to answer any of our questions and patient when addressing mis conceptions. Kev led well and he deserves high praise and I appreciated all he had to offer on behalf of green cross.

The course structure was good, for someone new to First Aid it was held at a steady pace with plenty of time to ask questions. The instructor was very good and knowledgeable.
