Simon ran an excellent course, making sure he involved every one of us, and encouraged and praised us throughout the day. I feel much more confident now about coping with a possible medical emergency.

Excellent trainer informative and engaging very professional couldn’t fault him at all. Most people expect courses to be long boring and pointless But he was the total opposite

I would recommend the course, especially if Tony was the trainer. He was great. Professional and funny
