The course is not covering the basics, main concepts and methods. I found it advanced and a lot of materials within a very short time without full focus.

I found the course to be quite advanced. Including an introductory course in advance would have helped in setting the scene for this kind of material. Overall, mergers and acquisitions is a very interesting topic that I've enjoyed learning about.

fun interesting and useful but a bit too much

the course is so condensed require a little bit of simplification the timing of the breaks shall be pre-assigned the slides require more graphics input.... the trainer need to change the tone of her voice to avoid being board. many thanks
