The provider’s distinctive strength is its consistently knowledgeable and engaging trainers, who make complex finance and modelling understandable through clear explanations, questions and practical exercises. Attendees value real-world examples, useful Excel tips, well-structured materials and content they can apply in their work. Courses are generally interactive, supportive and well organised, with trainers adapting to questions and mixed experience levels. Some find the pace fast and timescales short, but describe the learning as valuable.

Apologies for invalidating the entire course - but I really think I learn best OTJ, where there is actual stake involved in getting things wrong and things stick to my head much more efficiently (both in terms of cost from UBS side and time from myside). In terms of the contents I have nothing to complain - again super knowledgeable trainers.

Great in class presence. Some areas are very engaging given the fast pace. We spent less time focusing on topics that were on the quiz. I was unable to pass on the first attempt. Other than that, good job.

Stephen has great technical knowledge and knows his stuff. However, his teaching style is somehow unstructured as we keep switching from computing parts of a model, getting other theoretical know-how, having specific questions and then back to the model and so forth. Would be highly appreciated if we could just compute a model / do practical work, get all the additional information at once and then have questions in the end. Constant switching between technical / practical work, theory and questions is fairly exhausting and confusing.

Pros 1. Again, really really knowledgeable trainers 2. Comprehensive details Cons 1. Would appreciate if the lecture could follow through the slides as opposed to typing them out on excel - this makes it messy and hard to follow 2. More for UBS - As mentioned before, I really don't understand why this can't be virtual. Would appreciate if the firm could see it from the participants' views as opposed to from the bank's views. Need to follow the trends of the era. 3. I understand the course structure is picked from UBS and AMT simply carries them out. Going through all the nitty gritties will not stick to our memories and honestly our best learning is on-the-job. As someone who much prefers OTJ training, I find it unintuitive that we have to cram all the small details only to forget them 1 year from now.

I think the speed it´s too low and it would be nice if we could do more group assigments so the course is more interesting.

Pros: a. covered grounds in detail b. good occasion to make friends with the other grads c. knowledgeable lecturer Cons: a. slow pace, prone to interruption from grads b. when asked about flexibility for location i.e. at home or even in more comfortable chairs in a different room, told "have to be in the room", without being able to give any valid reason c. content too basic, a lot of the work doesn't apply to us i.e. would be done by the InfoCentre or the Hyderabad team d. could consider skipping items like "sourcing information" from PIBs

great content, most of it well explained, difficult to do modelling exclusively on small laptops.

Course was good and trainer was very good. A bit more advanced course is needed with industry context especially for financial statement analysis. Also time was a bit short.
