The trainer is very energetic and passionate about teaching, very comfortable with the material, tends to slightly over focus on smaller matters which might drive students to lose focus on greater matters.
It would be perfect if the course touched more on Real Estate from a lending perspective. I think that was the only thing missing. Justin was a great tutor and provided great insights.
Week 1 covered many areas i had already seen at undergrad and post grad level, refresher was useful nonetheless.

The valuation models need more time in addition to repetitive technical examples and simulation for live cases

the course was great and the shared contents are very useful. however, the 2 weeks seems to be too short so Its better to have it over 3 weeks minimum in my opinion.
The training have added a lot to my experience, although it is not direct related to my field of experience, yet it added an overall knowledge that will enhance my practical and technical experience.
