The content and the trainer were excellent. But the training was too long so attention was compromised towards the end. Might be better to split over two days

Karan was an amazing trainer. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and he went back to explain when we didn't get a few points.

I highly appreciate the course. Zuzanna was really kind, had the right speed and always made sure to pick up everybody without dropping the tempo too hard.

I thought Steve was really good at keeping it interactive and trying to get everyone involved. At times the content was less stimulating, but I do think that it was necessary to get everyone on board to make sure an even level in the room was achieved. Maybe you could have had a preliminary poll or survey before the course that gives you a picture of where everyone is at with excel skills, and then we could've started from there (maybe there was a higher level in general than what we thought). In the second day, I found how to build an accounting model interesting, however I wasn't clear on what the day's output or goal was. It would have been useful to have articulated this at the beginning of the day and to understand where we were going. In general this could be useful for all days, laying out an agenda with the subjects to be covered (e.g., functions to go through, parts of the ribbon etc.). I did find the first day quite useful to speed up my use of excel. On another note, as someone with no accounting background, I did find the accounting course helpful, although possibly a bit slow.

Somehow easy. Could be more practical with more exercise > theories. Johnny's nice.

I think the course was very helpful and the trainer was extremely well prepared. It would be helpful to add exercises that we can complete individually during training and then compare results with the trainer.

Lauren is a great teacher, she knows a lot and regulary asks for feedback. Maybe a bit more of introduction what we're going to do and how we might prepare the course a bitt better would be nice. One problem is see with the course is that participants have different skill levels which makes it hard for some to follow and boring for others. (this is more a problem our employer needs to address though!)
