Enjoyed the course today, informative and practical

I usually dread activities like today speaking in front of people or voicing my opinion but today Liz made everyone feel comfortable it wasn't so much a “lesson” she made it feel like i was a group discussion it felt casual but I learnt a lot and I am looking forward to the other classes next week.

I learned more about communication and team work today session, gained lots of knowledge to work with children's,co workers,managers. I also learned briefly about types of communication : verbal,non verbal, visual,written. Fatema is very postive tutor,I can easily understand the way teaches us ,its easy to concentrate with the class . I can find more progress wit me. Am looking forward to learn more about this.

It has been told by the tutor today that the Realise team has decided that from today to enforce for our cameras on while I understand that it is a good idea to see we are learning paying attention. Sometimes while I am writing down or taking notes this for me can be quite off putting and distracting to have the camera on. I know I am sent the link with all the notes anyway but this is a way to help me learn. I would appreciate that the release team take a long look at this and give the person the choice to be able to put on their cameras on or not (I don't mind having my camera on sometimes but not all the time) I may not be the only learner that may feel this way.
