My tutor provided a comprehensive overview of hazard and risk assessment, both indoors and outdoors, allowing us to identify risks, consequences, and control measures effectively,understanding symptoms and signs of illness have gained me more knowledge. Additionally, the inclusion of group activities and YouTube videos enhanced our understanding of the different types of risks. Furthermore, my one-on-one session with Kaisha was exceptional. She provided invaluable insights into interview skills, breaking down the process into various stages and offering practical advice on preparation. Incredibly detailed and informative course with fabulous tutors, Tara was absolutely fantastic and it was a pleasure to learn from her. She made the sessions incredibly fun, informative and thought provoking with the most sensitive case studies handled with due care and consideration for the learners and the subjects.
