A very good positive start. The 1-1 session really worked for me, has enabled me to look further to how I can make adjustments to support needs of others. It has also given me food for thought to gather more knowledge around legislation, communication and being aware of vulnerabilities and safeguarding especially on the internet, which I hadn't really considered before. Tracey explained everything well, asked if the session was meeting my needs, which I appreciated, emailed the PP to me after the session and advised on the progression of completing questions for the course.
I always struggled while at school with learning so it's nice to have Ian explain everything and make everyone feel involved with answering various questions and being patient with all of us. It's also nice having someone who has worked up the ranks through the setting to where he is now. Thank you Ian. :)
Rachel Lutz-Hall has been extremely helpful. Gone above and beyond what she was required to do. Even keeping a track on my English exams for me and letting me know the results. I'm truly grateful.

the kitchen facilities and supplys are very poor. there was no dishwashing sponges (i brought from home) theres very limited dishes and utensils (i also had to bring supplys from home).
