I greatly enjoyed this course, and feel it offered an in-depth introduction to work in an Early Years setting. Zoe was highly experienced in the field, and very knowledgeable, but she was also personable and supportive. She seemed to believe in every student on the course, and as a result I believe we all learnt a lot and will excel in our internships.
Zoe did a great job with the sessions. I really enjoy her teaching style, especially when giving scenarios as this makes the information being taught easier to understand. We the learners are able to engage in the lessons and give feedback. Overall a fantastic tutor. I will definitely recommend Realise to friends and family.

Teamwork is essential in any workplace, more so in an early years setting as there are people of different ages to address and/or work with.I was happy to see at what level my own teamwork skills are and taking the Belbin test gave me a clearer image of my abilities and strengths .
