Mr Don is the Best trainer i have ever seen

I think this whole Diploma has been great, really enjoyed it from start to finish. I would like to say my tutor Angela Mulroney has been fantastic with me. Making me feel comfortable on zoom meetings and always being there for me whenever I have needed extra help. Angela is a credit to health and social care. I felt like it did not matter how much I knew or how good I was at using a laptop (I am rubbish at technology) Angela helped and guided me through every step of the way, patiently and friendly and I feel like I have built up a good friendship over the 2 years of learning and every other student Angela teaches I think would say the same. I class myself as a confident person at times but there are times where I am shy or nervous. Angela put me at ease from the very first meeting, was very understanding and has even offered help and advise for the future which is good to know. Angela I would like to thank you for getting me through Level 2 and 3, the patience and understanding you have with people is a great quality and it should be recognised. You have been an amazing tutor and great help. thank you. Nathan Lates

ML has been a good source of imformation towards English. My only problem was the text on screen was too small and I got upset spoke to ML and I will be able to do English paper form, great support from the team has delivered

I have found it extremely difficult learning online, maybe due to my age. However this is not a reflection on any of the tutors.X

It took my a long time to get use to the course and the computer but with people helping me through it I have learnt a lot because I don't like the computer at frist

I have really enjoyed my course, there were ups and downs but Martin always helped with things I didn't quite understand. It was great that it was so flexible and fit around my other commitments, I work full time nights and have 3 kids so there were times I couldn't make the tutor lessons and this was always okay. I only gave 1 star to the workshops because I never used them. The worst part for me was the speaking exam but that was a confidence thing and nothing to do with the course, the tutors made me feel as comfortable as they could and I passed. The best part was definitely having a tutor that was understanding, knowledgeable, patient and funny! I'm so proud of myself for completing the course and I now have an English qualification 20 years after leaving school, maths next!
