The 2-hour Teams meeting course was really good, informative and helpful. The course was explained clearly and in a descriptive way, which made it easy to understand and follow. I found the information useful and feel that I now have a better understanding of what is expected and how to apply what I have learned. The mentor was also really nice, friendly and supportive throughout the session. They were very helpful when answering questions and took the time to explain things clearly whenever I needed further clarification. I felt comfortable asking questions, and the mentor created a positive and welcoming learning environment. Overall, I found the course very useful and enjoyable, and I feel that I gained valuable knowledge from the session.

Very informative, I learnt a lot of things I didn't know so I will be researching more into those.
Lucy was very nice covered everything in detail and also showed some videos of cases relating to the webinar. On the power points it was big long sentences that confuse you. It was mostly bullet points however she explained in detail what each one was.
