Well presented, looked at different style of writing and went through exams questions at the end.

i learned a lot in regards to body language, the way you speak, voice and such things like the glasses use which i never thought about in this role

She is very warm and welcoming, her style of delivery of the subject matter is very engaging, and she has a good sense of humour too.
