i really enjoyed this course but we need more time
Claire was knowledgeable and explained things well.
Done multiple webinars with Lucy, love her. Webinars would be more effective from a learning perspective if shorted. Not suitable for learners with additional needs.
Excellent, well‑organised course with clear, useful content. The tutor was very supportive, understanding and always ready to help and listen — this made a huge difference to my learning and confidence. I now have a strong foundation in SEND practice and am ready to progress.
A lot of what we’ve covered today has already been talked about during previous training. This course would be better being presented earlier in our training although I do understand it’s difficult at the time. I have learnt new things again today and it’s always good to remind ourselves of the important things as discussed today.
