The course was good. It had a lot of information. The instructor was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry and helped me to gain a lot of confidence in what I learned. I hope I will be able to put this knowledge to good use , when I'm qualified and able to find employment.

Course is too long winded. Course could have been condensed down to at least 2 weeks. Some course content is too repetitive due to the small portfolio content double barreling into the SIA theory.

Course was well taught all the way through and in my opinion the biggest aid to the course was the tutors style of teaching as it made it easier for me to learn and be motivated for it.

This was an engaging and informative session. I appreciated the combination of theory and practical activities, which helped me understand customer service in healthcare. The trainer was approachable and knowledgeable, and I feel more confident about applying these skills in real-life situations. Some additional interactive practice would make future sessions even more beneficial.
