It was probably a more interactive session working 1:1 with Lucy and learning more about her experiences and really pushed me to constantly engage and share my thoughts but I often feel that hearing about others experiences helps too. Smaller sessions with 2 or 3 people seem to work best and tutors should call upon different people to engage and share, That's what we signed up for.
