Liams Session on Multiplying and Dividing Without a Calculator Before taking Liam's session on multiplying and dividing without a calculator, the thought of these types of math problems, especially those involving decimal points, used to scare me. I would often struggle and take a long time to work through them. However, after attending Liam's class, I feel like a completely different person. Liam introduced us to the grid and bus stop methods, and within just an hour, I was able to confidently answer these types of questions in less than 10 seconds. The techniques he taught were so straightforward and easy to grasp that I'm amazed I had never learned them before. I feel great about my newfound ability to multiply and divide without a calculator. Liam has truly given me the confidence to tackle these problems head-on, and I no longer dread them like I used to. His teaching style was engaging and accessible, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from him. If you, like me, have struggled with multiplying and dividing without a calculator, I highly recommend taking Liam's session. He has a way of breaking down the concepts in a way that makes them feel simple and achievable. I'm now excited to put my new skills to the test and see how much faster I can complete these types of math problems. Overall, I'm incredibly thankful to Liam for helping me conquer my fear and giving me the tools I need to succeed. As the Study Skills session was the last for my group, it was quite sad to see the course end. The six weeks of the course duration has gone very quickly. I felt that Helen was very detailed in her presenting style and was also patient with us and seemed more than happy to answer any questions that we had. Although my own tutor was lovely, I feel that Helen did a better job. She was much more detailed when explaining different information. I would have liked to have had her for the duration of the course. It was such a shame that we were only able to have her for one session.
No proper whiteboard making learning harder to read in the light and WiFi not always good
