Really informative session around maths anxiety, the roots and causes of why learners have maths anxiety and how we can best support the learners overcome this. Sally was really good.

This was really useful to understand how language can be a barrier such as for + we might use plus, addition etc. how we need to encourage growth mindsets which will also link to mood elevators too.

Chris Howard was brilliant, highly intellectual and very intelligent. The past experiences he connected to this course was extremely effective. Overall, I learnt a lot and feel very confident to go out there as a front line door supervisor.
