Trainer was so nice and knowledgeable. She trained me easy way. She was so kind with me when asked questions. she explained me clearly. I appreciate for hole session.

Overall It was a great session and I had a great time learning new things and meeting new people.

Was just what I needed and more than I expected. Location was superb. Test portal was good as well. Information was superb. Very comfortable I recommend this to anyone.

Liz is amazing. When arriving to the course I was so nervous and shy. Hardly any confidence but Liz supported me, encouraged me told me I can do it and she was right I could do it and I’ve completed the course with a big smile on my face. The session was extremely informative. The tutor was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. It brought to light how I must always remember not to make assumptions about the people I support and to remember the goal is to identify what is most important to them.
