My first day went really well. I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but Lorraine was fantastic and helped me feel comfortable straight away. She was very welcoming, patient, and answered all of my questions, which really boosted my confidence. I'm looking forward to developing my skills and continuing to learn throughout my apprenticeship.

I found the course to be very effective and I felt supported and appreciated. I can't imagine succeeding as well as I have without it. Mark has been great all the way through and he has helped me so much over the course of the last year to help me succeed.

This course was truly eye opening for me. It has given me the knowledge and the skills to successfully fulfil my roll as a bus driver for Stagecoach. Mark has been the most supportive TDO during this course. His knowledge and passion for what he does shines through in every single session. No question is wrong or too complicated for him to answer. Mark will go out of his way to do everything he can to make us learners feel safe and comfortable with every task.
