Joanne was the best teacher she really makes you enjoy the course I’ve enjoyed learning the fundamentals of schools and how they operate

Course was very informative and professionally delivered by the tutor. I learnt a considerable amount about support work in school environments. It has given me confidence to go forward with my career as a Teaching Assistant.

Jayne is a very fluffy person. Says it how it is. Straight to the point which is how I like to receive comments. Jayne needs a pay rise. I cannot thank Jayne enough for her help and support throughout this course
