Thankyou very much Jen, I feel like over the last few weeks iv grown as a person and know a lot more than I did before hand, iv gained skills that will help me further my career and I look forward to the next course with yourself! Keep being you and remember normal is boring!

A brilliant course which developed my knowledge of how to support children and young people in schools/colleges. Jen was a brilliant trainer who was engaging and fun with all the required knowledge. A big thank you to Liz aswell who provided valuable training through book 2

I think training is provided on course is not that bad.

Some better instructions on location and how to access the venue would be better as quite a few of us struggled at the start to figure out how to access the building

The building is very modern and comfortable, as are the classrooms. The air-conditioning can be a little temperamental with respect to it either being too warm or too cold, but this was mostly okay too. Great tea and coffee making stations. The only thing that I did notice about the building that needs improving are the toilet facilities, in that there needs to be more.

Excellent course, delivery of the sessions was very professional.
