overall leaned how to react and understand to control and defuse situations by delivering great customer service .

I will admit, after the first session. I felt naturally comfortable with everything involving the course and I am confident in there knowledge and experience. It has been a great experience and beyond interesting so far so therefore I have no complaints regarding my first impression.
