I learned so much today about the importance and value of non-verbal communication - I had no idea only 7% of our communication comes through what we actually say ... and the other 93% from our tone of voice, gesture, expression etc ... amazing!

I enjoy doing my meeting with Kate she help me she has a knowledge and passes it on in a way I can understand
