Full course is very good. It's gave me so much knowledge.

A good refresher and reminded me how and when to put complaints in to action . Also the legal dates and policies, that I always have to look up as I always forget dates.

I felt very welcome, happy that anything I needed help with my tutor was there to give me the support I/we needed.
