I came into this quite unsure of what the benefits of it would be, but after completing the course I’ve realised how useful it has been. I’ve learned a lot about customer service and even managed to discuss future plans in terms of my career and how I can best utilise my degree. Very happy! :)

I usually dread activities like today speaking in front of people or voicing my opinion but today Liz made everyone feel comfortable it wasn't so much a “lesson” she made it feel like i was a group discussion it felt casual but I learnt a lot and I am looking forward to the other classes next week.
