Informative day, gave me vital time to get through tasks on one file! I learned more and also got through much needed work. Declan is always full of knowledge and information, very relaxed and understanding with our varied computer skills.

I would rate the course as very good. It was informative, relevant, and has prepared me well for working in a care environment. Communication with the trainer was excellent, and support was always available when needed. I was also able to easily schedule online meetings around my work commitments.
