Initially when i started this course I was unable to use the computer with guidance and patience from Ann i can now switch on, share screen, open up all the resources without asking family for help. I have enjoyed this course and i am now excited and confident enough to work towards a level 3. This course has made me think more about what you do as a carer and helped me improve many skills.
