fantastic tutor but difficulty accessing course due to work

Very good facilitator. She clearly explained everything and allow space to complete practice texts. Well done

Everything has been amazing the way I can communicate with my tutor and not have to pretend I know everything and not have to be worried about not knowing an answer has been a relief.

Everything was fine except the jobcentre advisor lady telling us we had to leave the building and demanding our tutor to wear a badge in a brunt voice
