This course is amazing for me and exactly what I've been looking for to give me the knowledge and confidence for going into an early years setting. I find it has also really boosted my confidence already, and I really love the welcoming vibe. I never feel bad about not knowing something or feeling stuck, as we are always discussing as a group and learning together.Response : The welcoming and supportive environment is so important for learning, and it’s great to know you feel comfortable asking questions and engaging in group discussions. We have learned the importance of different team roles and how these bring different levels of experience, strengths and interests. A diverse range of skills can enhance the teams' effectiveness and impact positively on our children's learning. We can also learn from each other. Where possible, assign roles to staff strengths to get the best from your team.Response : Your awareness of learning from others and assigning roles based on strengths will be incredibly beneficial in an early years setting.
