I found the induction very intense, yet engaging. I like the fact that there were different trainers offering their support and knowledge throughout. Having a set time to focus on study is something I value as it reminds me that I am focusing and making an investment in my own growth and development. A good day all round.

Found this workshop much more enjoyable than the previous workshop, could relate a lot of the points to the day to day job. The trainer gave some good anecdotes and I felt like he was listening to what I was saying.
