Very good course and both tutors are friendly

I enjoy how the session are so at ease , I do not feel like I am back at school in a classroom The trainer explains everything and asks if your unsure before moving on its also nice to be able to put it in chat if your not to comfortable with speaking yet.

Natalie is alert and monitors who drops from the sessions, who has internet issues and is constantly bringing in people. Something other trainers forget to do.

Lucy is an amazing teacher, she is bubbly, clearly loves her job, always eager to help when it is needed and I like that she includes personal stories when she teaches us about her own experience working in early years!!! :)

I found the lesson very useful it gave information on how to handle childrens behaviour the tutor was really good in giving me answers to my questions
