The tutor was great at delivering what can be a boring subject

By the end of the session, participants have a deeper understanding of the role of effective communication in caregiving. They are equipped with practical tools and techniques to improve their interactions with colleagues, patients, and their families. Lovely to have a group session and hear others opinion and be able to discuss as much as is possible over teams . Reiterated how the 6Cs impact on all of the work done in a care role and the cross referencing that can be done .
